Dental implants are basically like a fancy screw that takes the place of a natural tooth root. They’re made of medical grade titanium, which is super friendly to your body.

After the implant is put in, the dentist pops a post onto it, and then adds the dental crown made by the dental lab. This whole process brings back the look and function of the missing tooth.
Costs from £2500
If you need to replace a single tooth, you’ve got a couple of options:
- Dentures: These are removable and can be a good choice if you want something you can take out when needed.
- Bridges: These are cemented to the neighbouring teeth that have been prepared for the purpose. They’re another solid option to consider.
The Benefits of a Dental Implant
Gold Standard for replacing teeth-Replaces function and aesthetics of the missing tooth.
Easy to maintain– clean the same as your natural teeth. Maintain healthy gums by seeing your dentist and hygienist regularly.
Long-lasting-Implants are a long term option. The crown or bridge attached can be easily repaired or replaced in time if needed due to wear and tear.
How we do it.
- Initial Consultation-Meet Dr Avi to have a chat about your needs and options. If you are keen to go ahead, we’ll do a thorough assessment, take some digital photos, and X-rays. This appointment costs £75.
- We will arrange your CT scan at CT Dent.
- Dr Avi will will provide a written treatment plan by email/post, according to your preference.
- Implant placement- this is when Dr Avi will place your implant(s). The surgery is carried out under local anaesthetics, just like when you have a filling done. Once the implant is placed, a healing collar is popped on to allow the gum to heal nicely around the implant.
- Around 3 months later, when your implant is all healed and ready to go, Dr. Avi will take impressions to send to Estetica Dental lab, where they’ll custom-make your new crown or bridge.
